Individual framework combinations for your requirements
Our experts are able to flexibly combine the technologies in the frontend and backend and use them independently of each other.
There is no one universal solution – we always make a point of finding the best solution for each project.
Thanks to our broad expertise, we can draw on a wide range of technologies and tailor our approach optimally to the needs of our clients.
Which framework do we use for backend web development?
Backend development forms the backbone of every web application and ensures that the processes behind the scenes run smoothly. It ensures data processing, business logic and interaction with external services and APIs.
From .NET to PHP to Node.js – we select the right framework depending on the specific requirements of our customers. In doing so, we benefit from a comprehensive range of technologies with which we are familiar and have extensive experience.
In many of our projects, we rely on .NET, a powerful and versatile platform. It is particularly suitable for large, complex applications that require high performance and security. On request, we use PHP, which is particularly suitable for open source projects. For smaller solutions, Node.js is a cost-effective alternative, which is particularly suitable for less complex tasks and can be developed more quickly.
Which framework for which front-end web development?
From layout design to navigation and interactivity, front-end development combines design and programming to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. We help companies to remain competitive and achieve a positive user experience through high-quality user interfaces.
Angular, Vue.js or React?
Development teams and product managers have to ask themselves this question at the start of every new development project. All regular JavaScript frameworks and libraries have their strengths and weaknesses. Different developers, product owners and managers have personal preferences and views on different options, which can be both business and technical in nature.
After evaluating the popularity of front-end frameworks, Vue.js took second place. But much more interesting than the absolute share of downloads is its growth. Looking at this part of the evaluation, it quickly becomes clear that we will be hearing more about Vue.js in the near future. Vue.js is currently growing significantly faster than all the other frameworks under consideration, and for good reason.
Like React, Vue.js is also a presentation-oriented framework and does not have to cover the entire front end of the application, as is the case with Angular. This makes Vue.js a lightweight and flexible development tool. The community that has formed around the framework has also contributed to its growing popularity by implementing more and more tools and extensions to the framework.
It doesn’t always have to be a framework
In certain use cases, framework-free development with pure CSS, HTML and TypeScript can be an elegant and efficient solution. This approach has numerous advantages: fewer dependencies, a significantly smaller footprint and therefore faster loading times.
Of course, this also means that many of the convenient functions and patterns offered by a framework, such as the dynamic reloading of content, navigation patterns and numerous SPA and PWA features, have to be developed in-house. However, it is precisely this challenge that can be extremely appealing for certain projects. Dispensing with a framework offers maximum control and flexibility and shows that it doesn’t always have to be a framework.
