Product Ownership
A product owner knows a product in detail and keeps an eye on the product vision. They therefore play a central role in the product development process.
If you decide to start a project with us, you have two options: You can take on product ownership yourself or delegate some or all of it to us. You can find out what this means in detail and which tasks we can take on here.

What we can do as product owners in a project
The role of Product Owner can be taken on by us or by you. A tandem is also possible, so that there can also be two POs.
What is a product owner?
A product owner is a central role in agile project management, especially in the Scrum framework. He is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product requirements, which are recorded in the so-called product backlog. The product owner acts as an interface between the stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the end product meets customer requirements.
His tasks include continuously refining the requirements and deciding on the value and sequence of the features to be developed. Through regular communication and feedback loops, he ensures that the product is constantly optimized and adapted to market needs.
What makes project work with us special
Our experts have certifications such as PMP and are trained Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
Your primary goal is to understand your product at least as well as you do. And the only way to do that is to get to grips with it down to the last detail. This is the only way we can get the most out of the project and deliver a result that satisfies everyone. This is why we like to be involved right from the start, because if we understand the initial thought processes, we can keep the goal in view together and can best advise you on implementation.
Our approach is geared towards the long term, with constant efforts to further improve the product. We not only look at the individual project, but also at the company as a whole. We work for and with clients with fresh ideas.
